Idol Test Platoon’s commanding officer overseeing the Soviet Union's contribution to Project PROMINENCE and the man in charge of the ПЗ plan, the Soviet Union’s strategy against the BETA. Sandek has an iron will and cold personality, and is a mastermind in scheming and manipulation of all around him; a ruthless man who he will not hesitate to dispose of any target he deems to be a hindrance to his own objectives. Sandek himself is also a Surface Pilot, and a good one.
