First seen in a flashback in volume 2. His first true appearance is in volume 6. In the anime, he first appears in episode 6 for a brief moment. A level 9 Burst Linker and one of the Six Kings of the Accelerated World. He commands the legion "Leonids". He is seen to be accompanied with two other people, known as the Royal Guards.
