The uptight, bossy and stubborn class representative of Third Year Class B, and former captain of Hakuryo's lacrosse team. An honor student accomplished in both academics and athletics, she has a tendency to try and do everything herself.
She has a low tolerance for apathetic rule-breakers, landing her in verbal cage-matches with Takeru and the much more free-spirited Kei on a daily basis. She's also close friends and rivals with Akane.
In Alternative, Chizuru is the commander of Flight A207's B Squad. She lives by the book, valuing rules above all else. As the daughter of the prime minister she was exempt from conscription, but she chose to join the military against his wishes.
