Mr. Matsumoto is a character introduced in episode 62 "Crisis at the Agricultural Complex" He is a farmer with brown hair and a blue outfit and hat that shows Ken, Caron and Barican around the facility and demonstrates how machines have made farming far more efficient and less labor intensive in the future. The facility spans 10,000 hectares that Mr. Matsumoto must patrol everyday in his vehicle. It is revealed that many of the worker's at the facility have gone missing.
