A pelican who works at the Post Office. She works as a clerk during the daytime shift. She is the younger sister of Phyllis, who has a different personality from Pelly. Phyllis appears rude and lacks work morale; Pelly, however, appears to enjoy her work. She can be conscious of her personality, and even goes as far to ask if she appears introverted.
