Commander of West Germany’s prestigious Huckebein Battalion. Major Balck is a different type of commander from Irisdina, with rough clothes, crude jokes and an easy-going personality, he garners a lot of confidence from his subordinates. He seemingly has the ability to bring anyone of all sides together, be it with alcohol or making fun of his subordinate Circe. As a veteran pilot, Balck is highly skilled and trusted his subordinates for any mission.
The Major is also married and used to be a fencer when he was younger.
