Commander of the Hannibal Battalion. The veteran pilot is one of Irisdina's closest allies, having been her instructor at the TSF Academy. Hannibal views Captain Bernhard and the 666th Squadron as East Germany's most valuable assets.
Hannibal was originally from the Air Force and an expert in a surface-to-air missile unit. After leaving the Air Force, Hannibal became a TSF pilot and later commander of the 40th TSF Experimental Group, where he first met Jürgen Bernhard.
