A fellow track and field club member. He's known Hiyori since they were children, and considers her an important and treasured person. Nagisa, for his part, seems to be in love with Hiyori, since he asks her to become his girlfriend once they both make it to the city. Hiyori, up until high school, seemed to be unaware of his romantic feelings for her.
