Tamamo Vitch Koyanskaya

Koyanskaya lacks a real True Name. She is the Tunguska event given form - a convergence and incarnation of the thoughts of animals persecuted by mankind. She chose to manifest in the Saint Graph of Tamamo-no-Mae due to their shared attribute of being a "beast that is supposed to live for revenge against humans."
She has the right to use every weapon created by humanity and the Authority to wield them at their maximum capacity. She also has the right to become the head for the animals born in humanity's ecospheres (actual ecospheres, and their imaginary creations) and the Authority to wield them at their maximum capacity.
