Satsuki Andou

Satsuki Andou is the editor of the Hana Ranman! Bloom Ball manga. She has an intimate relationship to Keiko Muryouzaka causing them to call each other Kei-chan and Saki-chan. She sometimes attends anime-related meetings in Keiko's place.
