Mitsuko is a student at Hachimitsu Academy and the secretary of the aboveground Student Council. She becomes the love interest of Takehito Morokuzu—better known as Gakuto—and is the cousin of Anzu Yokoyama. She is a very clumsy girl who also has an interest in the Three Kingdoms.
