Cid from FF:U is very cheerful, optimistic and a whiz at anything electronic. He's a quirky fellow who names his machines and inventions after woman and treating them as if they are breathing human beings. One could say that is a trait of Cid Highwind as he did a similar thing with his airships, I believe.
