Colonel Hopkins is one of the most savage military commanders of the Helvetian Army. Known as the Devil of Vingt, he was personally responsible for supporting efforts to restore the bio-chemical weapons facility. Without any hesitation, he deployed the "Invisible Reaper" on three Roman cities, killing tens of thousands of Roman soldiers and civilians alike.
He attempted to launch an offensive against the Roman troops despite recieving orders from the Archduke to not strike the first blow.
He was likely killed in action. If he survived, he could have been possibly executed on the charges of war crimes.
