Inorai Valualeta Atroholm, also called Lord Valueleta, is the Lord of the Department of Creation of the Clock Tower in Lord El-Melloi II Case Files.
She was the magecraft teacher of Touko Aozaki, Souren Araya, and Cornelius Alba. As the head of the Valualeta family, she is a key member of the Democratic faction in the Clock Tower that believes bloodline should be disregarded and those with the talent should be in charge. She is very eager to have Lord El-Melloi II join her side, despite the El-Melloi family being part of the Aristocratic faction.
