A Workshop Witch and Kasumi's teacher in the Workshop hierarchy, who also runs a gang of delinquents that dress up in hamster-themed costumes. Nicknamed "Bear Killer" after allegedly choking a tiger (named "Bear-eye") to death with her bare hands.
