Xiu Pei is a Heavenly Official of the Middle Court and subordinate of Ming Pei. He appears in the first arc of the story.
He is a proud and composed young man. He takes his tasks as a Martial God seriously and isn't shown to be very emotional.
He holds deep respect and admiration for Ming Pei and is friendly toward Banyue and Lian Xie.
