He fought in the Joui War with the Anti-Foreigner Faction to fight against the Amanto. Pakuyasa holds a strong admiration for Gintoki Sakata and at once became his loyal student whom was designated to supply yakisoba buns amidst the battle. He later in life opens a sweet shop named Shiroi Onibito (White Onibito). After facing legal issues due to name copyright issues, he ended up opening another store named Shiroi Pansuto (White Pantyhose) and was arrested for public indecency. Currently, he's doing whats stated as shady part-time jobs.
