Parm is a character who's commissioned by Popo to help Kaiba escape the pursuers chasing him. She agrees, hiding Kaiba under her coat to smuggle him aboard Neuron.

Parm has heavy-lidded yellow eyes and pink and violet hair that she wears in pigtails. She wears a plum-colored, bell-shaped outer garment (that appears to be made out of hard, sturdy material) over a matching leotard and arm covers. Inside the cape are a multitude of hands with green stems and eyes. In a flashback with her younger self, she wears the same outer garment and her hair is still in pigtails.

Parm's body was commissioned by the renowned body creator Patch. Her body was designed to experience intense pleasure and to change in certain ways to accommodate and amplify that pleasure via expanding specific parts of her body. She posses the capability of copying the memories of people, including herself.

Parm is clever, detached from others, and self-centered due to her father, Butter, abandoning her at a young age. Her traumatic childhood continues to influence her as an adult.
