The third prince of Snowphilia of the Country of Snow. Due to being spoiled by his family as he grew up, he has a saucy side, and he uses people at his whim without batting an eyelash. Even if the other is bigger than him, he will butt heads with them also without batting an eyelash. He has a naturally sharp tongue, but is not malicious.
