A fighter pilot at Gifu base. At first, he tries to break El Hoshino to make her fall for him, but he evolves into truly caring about her and sacrificing her opinion of him by pretending to only be interested in her body to help her achieve her dream of being a pilot. While he's generally attracted to all women, regardless of their age or looks, Hisone is the only woman who he doesn't find attractive which makes him doubt she'll be a capable pilot when he first sees her.
