Kiichirou Wakayama was a yakuza boss who was also one of the Abashiri Convicts.

As a Yakuza boss, Wakayama has tattoos on his chest, shoulders and back. He has another set of tattoos on his legs as well, which came from his time in Abashiri Prison.
